Your engineer came out to an emergency job this afternoon to fix our door entry system.  I would like to let you know how impressed we are with the service that he gave.  He was very polite and helpful, going out to get a spare part and working until 6:30pm so that we would be able to lock-up our premises securely this evening.  We would have no hesitation in using Barrs Security again or recommending your services to others.
